How do I sign up for sponsorships?

What happens once I sign up as a sponsor?

You will receive an email from HBA with your invoice. Please pay before Nov. 6th. We will also reach out to you to get your logo to be added to the MAME+CARE website.

When is program artwork due and what are the ad specs?

Artwork is due Monday, October 18th 

What are the program ad specs?

Full Page:  8.5 x 11 inches, plus .125 inch bleed on all sides. Include crop marks.
1/2 Page:  8.5 (w) x 5.5 (h)
1/4 Page:  4.25 (w) x 5.5 (h)

How will I get my sponsorship tickets?

Sponsors do not need to register for tickets on the HBA website. All tickets will be available at will call under the company name. Attendee names are not required, they will all be in an envelope under the company name.

Can I add additional tickets to my table?

You can purchase the remaining tickets at your table, send us a note and we will do our best to make sure that the seats are together.
