How do I sign up for sponsorships?

What happens once I sign up as a sponsor?
You will receive an email from HBA with your invoice. Please pay before October 6, 2023. We will contact you for your logo and program materials.
When is program artwork due?
Artwork is due October 6, 2023.
What are the program ad specs?
Full Page: 8.5 (w) x 11 (h)
1/2 Page: 8.5 (w) x 5.5 (h)
1/4 Page: 4.25 (w) x 5.5 (h)
No crop marks or bleeds.
How will I get my sponsorship tickets?
Sponsors do not need to register for tickets on the HBA website. All tickets will be available at will call under the company name. Attendee names are not required, they will all be in an envelope under the company name.
Can I add additional tickets to my table?
You can purchase the remaining tickets at your table, send us a note and we will do our best to make sure that the seats are together.
