MAME Entry Fees
Entry Fee: $275
Categories 11-12 – No Entry Fee Required
Category 55 – Entry Fee $125
CARE Entry Fees
$75 per Entry for CBRC Members
$125 per Entry for HBA Members
$295 per Entry for non-HBA Members
All materials are due by September 29th and Midnight – NO EXCEPTIONS
How to Enter
- Review categories and requirements.
- Purchase your entry – beginning JULY 19 2021.
- Once form is completed you will receive a confirmation email that contains your official entry numbers, forms, invoice for entry fees, and instructions do deliver your entry materials.
- Submit your entry materials by September 13th at Midnight – THERE WILL NOT BE ANY ENTRY DEADLINE EXTENSIONS!
Why You Should Enter
- RECOGNITION. Entering MAME is a cost-effective way to thank and honor your valued team members and build your brand.
- MARKETING EXPOSURE. The entry fees are nominal compared to the publicity boon your firm can reap when you become a MAME winner. Awards celebrate hard work and success, and are great PR opportunities. Winning a MAME can open the door to selling more homes, securing new clients, and breaking into new markets.
- INCREASED CREDIBILITY. An industry award win or nomination is a 3rd party endorsement for your firm. A win gives a seal of approval to your efforts and is a sign of quality for potential customers or clients – it can be a powerful sales pitch.
- EMPLOYEE/TEAM RETENTION. Recognize the hard work and achievements of your employees by nominating them for an award! Awards boost morale and improve motivation.
- BE ENVIED! The MAME Award is one of the home building industry’s most coveted awards. MAME represents the best!
Eligible Entries
- Product must be built or marketed dates between September 1st of 2019 and August 31st of 2021.
- Home Builders or Associate Members (advertising agency, architect, supplier, interior designer, developer) may enter.
- Only HBA builders and associate members in good standing are eligible to receive recognition.
- Repeat Entries: Remember, if your work was still being marketed as of the August 31st 2021, you may resubmit if the entry still applies to any category. Note: an award winner from the previous year is not eligible to be nominated or re-enter in the same category they won the award in the previous year. Finalists are eligible and encouraged to enter or be nominated.
- Product/community must be within the eight-county metro area of Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, and Jefferson. If the builder is a member of the Denver HBA with a main office located in one of the above mentioned counties but their product/project is outside of those counties (but in Colorado) it is eligible for entry but may not be toured by the judges due to time
- All companies named on entry forms need to be members of the HBA or they will not be acknowledged. If the company is based outside of the state, they can join the Denver HBA as an affiliate member. Contact us for more information.
Materials for all entries include:
- Team/Project Information Form
- Digital Files — site plan, floor plan, and photo images required.
We suggest you submit your entry materials via file sharing services.
FTP, Dropbox, or Hightail are all acceptable methods – send link for download to Lisa@TeamPMP.com

- All Categories – images should be saved at a resolution of approximately w-1800 x h-1200 pixels.
- File size is no larger than 6 megabytes.
- JPEG format ONLY. Save all images as a JPEG files 300dpi.
- All plans should be saved as high resolution PDF – 8 ½” x 11”
Images should be named with your Category number, entry serial and sequence number or description.

Entry Rollover for The Nationals
We are pleased to offer a special entry rollover program. Here’s how it works. You have already entered materials, the Awards Committee will provide your entry materials to the The Nationals for you! If you would like to re-submit those materials for Nationals, all that is needed is for you to mark the box on the entry application for Nationals rollover. You will be invoiced separately for entry fees for each program. No additional forms or materials needed!! Simply mark your form and you are all set, we’ll take care of the rest!

The MAME Awards reserves the right to eliminate any category due to insufficient entries or add categories if the judges believe it is warranted.
2019 MAME Awards Judges
Five amazing industry professionals will give their time to serve as the judging panel for the 2021 competition. This team had the assignment to review the marketing and design awards, plus tour the communities competing for Community of the Year. The panel also met and personally interviewed industry professionals to select the honorees for the individual/team achievement awards.
